Advisor and Financial Planner

Meet Mandy Leeth

Mandy joined the Being Financial Team in September 2025, working out of the Main Street office in Harrisonburg. Mandy grew up in Bridgewater, Virginia, a small town where community and relationships were everything — values that continue to shape both her personal and professional life. Her journey took her to the University of Charleston in West Virginia, where she earned dual degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Management. After college, Mandy followed her passion for mentoring and leadership as an NCAA Division II basketball coach. Basketball played a huge part in her early years, and the lessons she learned on the court — teamwork, resilience, and discipline — continue to influence Mandy’s approach to life and work today.

Eventually, Mandy’s path shifted toward financial services, an industry where she could combine her love of people with a desire to make a difference in their lives. For the past 11 years, she’s dedicated her career to helping individuals and families pursue their goals with confidence and clarity. Before joining Being Financial, Mandy worked with Ameriprise Financial, gaining invaluable experience that continues to serve her clients well.

Mandy currently lives in Grottoes, Virginia, with her husband, Tim. Together, they enjoy writing and performing music, a creative passion that brings them a lot of joy. Their family also includes their dog Josie, their cat Bandit, and two spirited goats named Waylon and Willie, who keep life entertaining. Outside of work, Mandy also enjoys writing and is a soon-to-be published author — another way she hopes to inspire and encourage others. At the heart of everything she does is a simple belief: people come first. That’s what drew Mandy to Being Financial — the shared commitment to authenticity, trust, and truly caring for clients.
