Her Money Circle | October Meet Up – What Happens to the Things That Matter?
A Her Money Circle Conversation
Some things we own are worth far more to us than their dollar value.
A family home. A piece of land. A business. An heirloom. A collection. Something that carries memories, traditions, or a piece of our family story.
We may know what we hope will happen to those things someday. But have we talked about it with the people who may eventually own them, care for them, or make decisions about them? And do we know what they want?
At October’s Her Money Circle, we’re making space for that conversation.
We’ll talk about the assumptions families sometimes make, what can happen when ownership or responsibility changes, and why planning can begin simply by asking better questions.
We’ll also explore two financial terms that can play a role in these conversations, liquidity and succession planning, and you’ll leave with a simple exercise to help you identify one conversation you may want to have with your own family.
No financial background required. No sales pitch. Just an approachable conversation with other women about money, family, and the things that matter to us.
🗓️ New Day. Two Ways to Join Us.
Beginning in October, Her Money Circle is moving to the third Wednesday of the month, and we’re adding a lunchtime option!
Both meetings will cover the same topic, so simply choose the time that works best for you.

What Is Her Money Circle?
Her Money Circle is a free educational community where women can learn about money, ask questions, share experiences, and have honest conversations about the financial decisions that affect their lives, without judgment or a sales pitch.
You don’t need to be a financial expert. You don’t need to have your finances figured out. And you don’t need to own a farm, business, or large estate to join this conversation.
Come as you are. Bring your questions and your perspective.
